Lucie Safarova will not play the Fed Cup semifinals against the USA next weekend (22nd-23rd April).
Captain Petr Pala has nominated the Czech team today: Katerina Siniakova, Kristyna Pliskova, Denisa Allertova and Marketa Vondrousova.

They will face the American players Coco Vandeweghe, Lauren Davis, Shelby Rogers and Bethanie Mattek-Sands, Lucie’s doubles partner.
