Lucie played another time for her club in Germany. For TC WattExtra Bocholt!!!

Again she was the number 1 of her team. They played against the Team of Rüppurr!
Lucie played her singles match against German Sandra Klösel and won 6:4 6:0.
In doubles she teamed up with another czech renata Voracova and they beat Sandra Klösel/Yulia Beygelzimer 6:4 2:6 10:5.

Bocholt is current leader in the German First Division!

They played 3 of 6 ties so far!

Lucie recovered from the flu and will participate at the 3rd Grand Slam of the season: WIMBLEDON.
In the first Round she will face Jarmila Groth, from Australia.

A possible 2nd Round opponent is Serena Williams (USA). Williams will face Portuges Neuza Silva in the first Round.

Lucie was scheduled to play the grass court Tournament in the Netherlands in ´s-hertogenbosch to prepare for Wimbledon. Unfortunately Lucie got a flu and cannot participate at this tournament.

Her next tournament will be Wimbledon starting Monday, June 22nd 2009.

Today the Draw for the World Group in Fed Cup for 2010 has been made.

The Czech Republic is seeded and will face Germany in the first Round (February 06th and 07th 2010). This tie will be played in the Czech republic.

Lucie is playing on Sunday German Bundesliga.

Bundesliga is a team competition from May-July. It´s mostly at the weekend. Lucie is playing for TC WattExtra Bocholt with players like Caroline Wozniacki.

On Sunday they will face the team from TC Moers 09.
